Quick Notes on gaining points:
- Good active contribution to the game gives you more points. The more you contribute and the better the content the more points you get at the end of the phase. This will be the primary method of gaining points.
- Each day phase that a non-town person is lynched, all town players gain 1 point.

Some random points:

-I dont think there's two mafia's this round.I cant imagine TIG using a similar setup again,and i cant think of another mafia group than the persians atm. but i can be wrong.As a result,there's probably a serial killer this round.
-The mafia probably have a different shop available to them based on the fact that i got a list of 'townie' items in my PM. so we should watch out for anti town moves like roleblocking and power switching...etc

I like playing with people I know not because I can manipulate them but because I can predict what they can do so that I won't waste my points on night actions I know they will conduct themselves.

With that Xerxes pulled out his sword, ornamental in nature, but sharp enough to cleave someones head right off. He took out all his frustrations against Leonidas in that one swing against his precious Queen. As her head rolled to the ground, Xerxes commanded that the head be put on a pike and placed outside Leonidas encampment.

"Master, i have done well have i not? You will now allow me to serve as part of your army as you promised me? Ephialtes eyes hopeful with his dream to finally be accepted.

-Creature had his own power where he could buy something with 3 points... interesting.This increases the chances of other ppl having the same i guess.So like i said last day, we need to watch out for anti-town night actions as well.
-Mafia killed the survivor and whoever creature was, by the looks of it... hmmmmm odd...2 kills? maybe maybe not?

-The mafia probably get a huge reward if they kill Leonidas,kinda like what happened last round.So watch out you.

-Someone probably has a 'bus driving' ability so that they can re-direct someones night action on to somebody else.but im not too sure on this.

-Surviour (Stebung) had brought the Queen (creature) to the mafia.Against his own will or not? who knows...So perhaps the mafia can add ppl to their army,but since Stebung was anti-town it failed.. Or perhaps Steven could join sides with the town if you found the right person or something... just some thoughts.

-No info on anything else happening... either nothing happened because we're poor,or its just to make it more interesting Very Happy

My view about day one lynching is that lynching anyone is good. As town, the only way to kill the mafia and win is through lynching during the day (unless someone like a vigilante has points for nightkill or whatever) and there's not much you can tell from the first day. As people talk more and more people die, you narrow down the list and get the mafia that way.

Sacrifices have to be made to win. It's rare that a mafia dies in the first day, just given the odds, unless the mafia makes an obvious mafia post or does something obviously mafia. In every game we've played there's only been like 2~3 mafia, so it just happens to be that we're more likely (about 2x more likely) to lynch a townie than a mafia, because there's more town than mafia.

A lynch during the day is necessary, not only to get the game going so we can get more information, but in the off-chance that we do get a mafia killed off, it's a bonus kill as well.

Especially since this is a game where people can do night actions through earning points, who dies doesn't really matter to me - although I hope that people who live know how to use their points better than the people who die earlier.

Mafia getting two kills is a little strange - I assume extra nightkills - if there are any - use up shitloads of points and getting that much in one day is unlikely, don't you think? And I don't think anyone's made any significant contribution or done anything special during day one to earn that much points, unless s/he's extremely lucky.

But at the same time, given how the movie plays out, I don't think there should be any other side other than Spartans VS. Persians. Sure there was a survivor and there might be roles like jester but I don't think there'll be an SK out there.

But I don't know. I really don't know. On my end, I'm just waiting on other people to post and we'll see how things play out from there.

I think maybe Leonidas probably has the same sort of thing? Maybe he'll get extra points if he lynches Xerxes (or other mafioso) during the day. Whatever it is, it is imperative that Leonidas doesn't die. So I'm praying it's not someone retarded XD

Ok hmm wow, firstly for my day 1 vote I was so not srs, I thought it would be slightly longer in discussion, I voted for skeam for the lols and I did NOT expect a whole lot of ppl bandwagoning right behind me. My reason wasn't even remotely logic based and I actually thought ppl might point that out and maybe we would have had more of a discussion. But I guess it wasn't to be. As I said before, I've no knowledge of 300, and so far except LCP's wall of txt & skeam's questionings (trying for reveng*ahem* redemption here) I dont see any other posts so I can't make judgement. The only thing that was remotely interesting was the Lucyfer-skeam possible partnership there, skeam was townie = they rly had nothing to do wif each other or did skeam somehow know that Lucyfer was not anti-town? (plz tells us Skeam) Also as a note, I have class like all day 2morrow n like 2 horrifying tests coming up, I know I always make excuses but I proly wont post much until night time. I hate pathology Sad
