Hi there

So, just joined the group, not usually big on the forum thingys but I guess there's always a first time for everything.

I'm Zyron but people usually call me Zoz, I'm a keen gamer and used to watch a lot of anime. Not so much anymore.

Doing a BSC in Computer Science this year, first year.

hey zoz u will find most people in this club study computer science, but more towards bcis then bcs.
what anime did u used to watch/wat time of games are into.
u will grow to like the forums as u get more used to them.
do u plan to get back into anime since some shows recently have been alright and the upcoming anime season has some good looking shows if u havnt seen wat is coming up.

Started on the old skool stuff, Macross, Ranma 1/2 to really get me into Anime.

Watched quite a bit of Naruto, not enough One Piece or Bleach. I own a few as well. Elfin Lied was really quite interesting for something different, but haven't seen much stuff recently. Would like to watch Fullmetal Alchemist as it looks quite cool.

Oh and Deathnote was REALLY[i] cool, read the manga first then watched the Anime ^_^

if u are going to watch fullmetal alchemist make sure u watch the remake fullmetal alchemist:brotherhood instead as it adapts the manga content much better, the original show broke from the manga quite early and wasn't quite up to par compared to the manga storyline.
Have u seen evangelion/serial experiments lain/kenshin as they were some old school shows i really enjoyed.

Unfortunately I missed Evangelion and all the Gundams as well ><

Yeah I'm considering picking up some of the box sets of Fullmetal at JB Hi-Fi but the price is just @_@

In terms of games I'm not playing too much atm, need to get more RAM for my PC so that I can get some better games but then again... studing and gaming just don't mix too well. Plus $$ is a big consideration.

Just playing TF2 and Left 4 Dead 2 at the moment... we LAN up every month or so and play DoTa. Otherwise it's Xbox 360 for me... usually Call of Duty online or RE5, been playing through Assassins Creed 2 again... try to get all the collectables and achievements -_- before I start Brotherhood

if u got the data get this torrent its roughly 20gb but it is 64 episodes so u can watch in parts if u need. or leech of a fellow club member as im sure alot of people own the show. its defintly worth watching esp since it seems to fit right into the types of shows u like.

Probably easier to leech, don't have a big datacap and my PC is nice and portable
