Halloween Party 2009 edition

Just thought Id get a count now of all those interested in a Halloween party this year. Last years was good but I think we should e able to make this years a little better.

Please answer these questions:

1. Would you like it to be on the same weekend as Armageddon Expo or on Halloween weekend?

2. Would you be willing to wear a costume?

3. Would you be willing to pay similar mount as last year($30-$40)?

4. Would you be drinking?

5. Would you be spending the night?

6. Do you have any suggestions for a venue?

Hrm. Hrm. I wouldn't object to either. Though my preference would fall on Halloween, since 'Geddon is going to be exhausting enough without throwing a party of top of it.

In theory? Yes. In practice? Probably not. I'm too damnably lazy with things that aren't important.

Yup.

These two are very much related. I'll only be drinking if I am staying, since if I am not staying I will be driving. Wether or not I stay would depend largley on the venue.
6. Do you have any suggestions for a venue?
Hrm. Anyone got a house going free? Probably not. Yeah, no real ideas.

- I was told Armageddon Expo is being held at the ASB showgrounds or something this year? So it would be a hassle to sort something for people to get there and back into town, so Halloween weekend would probably be better (also informed that Armageddon isnt on Halloween weekend, anyone who can confirm both statements?)

- Probably will, to sort out check out procedures and what not if we have it at Cheifly Suites again.

6. Do you have any suggestions for a venue?
- Cheifly Suites if its an overnight event, One of the club rooms if its just a get together etc

Could we get an idea of who wants to do the Halloween party and who will be coming (logistics of numbers is the best way to be able to figure out what kind of party/get together we should have etc)

Yes both these statements are true and so far it sounds like it will be quite crappy
