A follow up on the newbie meeting~

Here are some points that were brought up for discussion and what not.

Summarised minutes from the meeting:

Introductions were made: new people Lai, Li, Ruben and Odey.

Discussed about what to apply funding for - Cosplay party
- Paint ball/laser tag
- korean bbq and Karaoke
- overnights at chiefly suits
- t-shirts (subsidise costs)
- subsidised costs for armegeddon tickets
- LAN parties

Meet up regulary at AU cafe for anyone interested.

Eddie is kind enough to provide drawing lessons for those who are interested, plz see the other thread for more details.

A mention of cultural exchange, maybe something for the future? Not sure if we can incorporate this now.

If we make club shirts, you could probably get almost all of it subsidized as an advertising expense of the club

How would this one work out unless we have someones house to use? (Seeing as i dont think Cheifly suites will allow us to all bring up our laptops/computers and drain the building of its power )

Its a hotel/apartment complex which we usually rent out for overnight events.

Its where people bring there computers/laptops over and hook them all up to play games like DOTA/Forgotten Hope/Counter Strike/Starcraft etc etc
